With Reading firmly established as ‘one of the
top six places to invest in the UK’, we were challenged
with marketing a development of 32 one & two bedroom apartments, just five minutes’ walk from the town centre.
Given no budget for CGIs and a less than photographic
environment, we opted for a stylised approach creating
vector illustrations of the building. The brand itself was
derived from its central location within Reading’s ‘square
mile’.
Targeted postcards, road-side signage, an unconventional marketing brochure and local advertising ensured this development stood out from the crowd and sold out in double-quick time.
