PRUPIM and Kennet Properties, is developing “Southside” in Reading. Southside is a truly mixed use development and will offer a 210 bedroom Hilton hotel together with housing, 25,000 sq. ft of retail space and over 910,000 sq. ft of commercial building space, in a stunning urban landscape setting.
