Kennet Island Phase2

Due to build programs, Kennet Island has been perceived as a development of apartments, although this is not the case.

St James had a need to build awareness their house offering. We developed a campaign to promote houses using a series of press ads, culminating in a weekend “housewarming” in the newly revamped marketing suite. The marketing suite is now a cosy environment with wrapped canvas graphics, soft seating and delicious coffee!
